If you have lost access to your Premium membership benefits, it is possible that your auto-renewal payment did not process. This can happen for a number of reasons including an expired card, a new account number, or the credit card’s limit being reached.
Because some financial institutions charge customers for failed payments, we stop trying to charge cards after a few failed attempts. This will cause the Premium membership to terminate and revert to a Basic (free) membership.
If you’d like to go back to being a Premium member (and we hope you do!), simply log in to your existing account with your email address and password and click on Try Premium. Then select the plan you prefer and follow the steps to complete the purchase process.
