To change the email address associated with your Premium account, please log in to your membership then follow these steps:
- Click on your user ID in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
- Click on “Account settings.”
- A new window will open and you can click "Change Email."
- If you do not see the option to change your email, you may have logged in to Education.com with Facebook or Google. You can then scroll down to the Settings section in your "My Account" page, and choose "Disconnect from Google" or "Disconnect from Facebook."
- You will not be able to change the email if the email address you would like to use is already in our system. If you have difficulty please contact us.
