Our Progress Tracker is a Premium feature that lets you track your student’s progress on our digital platform. Progress is only tracked if the student plays a game through a Guided Lesson or from an Assignment.
To get started, add at least one child by clicking on your Premium user ID at the top right of any page, then choose "Your students"/"Your children" from the dropdown menu. Once you have added a child to your account, your child can begin playing Guided Lessons by going to education.com/games/play to log in, or by accessing “Kid mode” from your Premium user ID. You will start seeing progress on the Progress Tracker after your student has played their first game. You will be able to see areas that need extra work and you can assign resources to your child accordingly.
If you’re a teacher, you can get started by adding your students to your student list. Then, you can either use Classroom Mode (https://www.education.com/classroom-mode/) to allow students to play games from Guided Lessons, or you can use Assignments (https://www.education.com/my/assignments/) if you know exactly what you want your students to work on. Then, come back to the Progress Tracker and check out the two different views for teachers. You can switch between either seeing an overall view of your class’ skill levels (Class Proficiency) or individual student’s progress broken down into specific skills (Class Score Chart). You can assign resources in bulk to your students in the Class Proficiency view based on your students’ skill levels.
You are able to print your Progress Tracker using "Crtl P."
