Sign in to your membership and click on the Premium user ID in the top right of any page. If you do not see "Premium" in the user ID then you are signed in to your Basic (free) account. This means your Premium membership is under a different email address. Please sign in with that email address instead.
If you are signed in to your Premium membership and have selected your Premium user ID:
- Select Account settings from the dropdown.
- Under Plan Details select Cancel Subscription to turn off auto-renew. You will continue to have access to the Premium content and resources until your paid membership expires.
