You can easily view and print a copy of your receipt by logging in to your Premium account, selecting the Premium user ID at the top right side of the page and then choosing "Account settings." From there, simply click "Purchase History" and when the new page appears, click the blue invoice number associated with the purchase; your receipt will open on a new page with a "Print Receipt" button at the top right of the page.
