Did your auto-renewal not go through? Did you have access as a Premium member and all of a sudden are a Basic member again? This can happen for a number of reasons including an expired card, a new account number, or the card's limit being reached.
Because some financial institutions charge customers for failed payments, we stop trying to charge cards after a few failed attempts. At that time we terminate the account to prevent subsequent payment attempts.
If you'd like to go back to being a Premium member (and we hope you do!) you'll need to repeat the sign-up process. You do not need to create a new Education.com account. Simply log in to your account and click on "Try Premium" (or you can visit the Premium page at https://www.education.com/pricing/) and select the plan you'd like to start.
