Are you having trouble logging in to your Premium membership?  Have you tried your email address with no success? Is it possible you used a different email address to set up your Premium account? If you don't know what email address it could be listed under, please contact us with the last four digits of the credit card used, the name on the card, and the date and amount of purchase; or the payment confirmation number which begins with M100... and we can look it up that way.
