Pro/Premium - purchase / payment didn't go through


I'm so sorry you're having a hard time completing your purchase.  Is it possible you are trying to use a gift card for this purchase? Unfortunately, our system does not recognize Visa or MasterCard gift cards at this time. With the information I have so far, I can't say for sure what's happening with your payment.  I have confirmed with our tech-team that we're not currently experiencing any issues with our payment processing system.  If you could send me a bit more information (like any error messages you've received and/or exactly where in the purchase process you got stuck) I may be able to help you troubleshoot the issue.

In the meantime, here are a couple of things to consider or try:

First, it's possible that your credit card could not be charged. This can happen for a number of reasons, including an expired card, an incorrect credit card number, expiration date, or security code being typed, or the card's limit being reached. Please check to be sure all credit card information has been entered correctly and you may want to check with your credit card provider to be sure the card is active for use and has available credit to authorize this purchase.

Second, it's possible there was a temporary issue with your browser or internet provider at the moment you tried to make the purchase.  Sometimes simply trying the purchase again will work.  If not, clearing your browser cache may do the trick.  If you're unsure how to clear your cache, you can also just try using a different browser to complete your purchase.
