Pro/Premium Membership - Failed payments

Did your auto-renewal not go through? Did you have access as a premium member and all of a sudden are a basic member again? This can happen for a number of reasons including an expired card, a new account number, or the card's limit being reached.

Because some financial institutions charge customers for failed payments, we stop trying to charge cards after a few failed attempts. At that time we terminate the account in order to avoid subsequent payment attempts.

If you'd like to go back to being a Premium member (and we hope you do) you'll need to repeat the sign up process.  You do not need to create a new Education.com account.  Simply login to your account, visit the Premium page (http://www.education.com/education-plus/) and select the plan you'd like to start.

Please contact us if you have any additional questions.
