Your Premium membership gives you unlimited access to all content. If you are unable to access your Premium benefits, it is possible that you used a different email address to set up your Premium account, and you may be logged in to a Basic (free) membership.
If you look at your user ID in the top right corner of your screen it should say “Premium.” If you do not see “Premium,” please click the user ID and select “Sign Out.” You can then log in using the email address and password connected to your Premium membership.
If you don’t know what email address your Premium membership is associated with, please contact us with the last four digits of the credit card you used, the name on the credit card, and the date and amount of purchase, and we can help you locate your Premium membership.
