Can't find PLUS membership - multiple accounts
Did you sign up for a Plus or Pro membership but are unable to download workbooks without paying? Do you see "Basic Account" listed in the upper right corner when you are logged in to Education.com? If so, you may be logged into a different (BASIC) account. It is possible you inadvertently registered for a membership with a different email address. If so, please try logging in with that email address. If that does not get you up and running, please contact us with the last 4 digits of the credit card used and we will assist you in locating your Paid membership.
