PLUS - Failed payments

Did your auto-renewal not go through?  Did you have access to PLUS and all of a sudden are a BASIC member again?   This can happen for a number of reasons including an expired card, a new account number, or the card's limit being reached.

Because some financial institutions charge customers for failed payments, we stop trying to charge cards after three failed attempts.  At that time we terminate the account in order to avoid subsequent payment attempts.

If you'd like to go back to being a PLUS member (and we hope you do) you'll need to repeat the sign up process.  You do not need to create a new Education.com account.  Simply login to your account, visit the PLUS page (http://www.education.com/education-plus/) and select the plan you'd like to start.

Please contact us if you have any additional questions.
