PLUS - technical issue - Accessing a Previously Downloaded Workbook

We are sorry to hear that you had trouble accessing the workbook you downloaded, but we should be able to help you track it down again.

1)  Please make sure that you’re logged in to Education.com with your Education.com member name and password. Occasionally members have more than one Education.com account and attempt to find workbooks purchased from one account while logged into a different account.  Please be sure that's not happening in your case.

2)  Please note that if you have an Education.com PLUS account that is no longer active, you will not be able to re-download workbooks you purchased when your subscription was active.  (However, if you downloaded them when your account was active, saved them to your computer, and haven't deleted the files, you can access those .PDFs).

If you are logged in, and you still have an active PLUS membership, you'll be able to access and download purchased workbooks in your “Download History” on this page: http://www.education.com/my/downloads/. 

You can also re-download purchased workbooks on the workbooks overview page, here: http://www.education.com/workbooks/. You’ll see a grey “Download” button under any workbook that you’ve previously purchased.
